Capabilities

Using Optim’s unique Copper wafer reclaim process, we are able to safely process 100mm – 200mm Copper contaminated wafers, in large or small lots. With high yields.

Low Removal Levels – Low removal to maximise reclaim cycles.
Low Metal Levels – Typically <2 E10 or better for all elements.
Low Defect Levels – Controlling LPD levels down to 0.09µ on 200mm
